Our church presented Judgement House again this year (a walk through drama showing you life consequences to choices you make or do not make). I helped with makeup again and had the privilage of working with these fun guys. My mom made up the Satan's (this is Adam) and I made up the Damian actors.

Would You Ever Have Pictured Jeremy Doing This?
The summer before our junior year of highschool my family, Jeremy and I went to cow town in Wichita. My mom had both of her knees replaced the fall before and was still having to use a wheelchair when we would be out and about for long periods of time.
While everyone else was walking through some buildings on the farm sted area Jeremy and I waited outside with the wheelchair. Jeremy was sitting in it and started wheeling himself around the dirt driveway. It had rained the night before and there were ruts from a wagon or whatever that had driven through there when it was muddy. Well (I'm sure you might be seeing now where this is going), Jeremy got stuck and before he could get out of the wheelchair a man came up behind him and said, "you need some help there son?" Jeremy said ,"yes sir" and the man pushed Jeremy quite a ways down the driveway out of the ruts. As soon as the man started walking away Jeremy got up and started pushing the wheelchair again. The look on that man's face was priceless!
Anywho, just thought I'd share my memory I had on our way to Wichita today.

Busy-ness...Is this a word?
Here's the randomness and busy-ness at our house this week:
Julia... got 6 immunizations Tuesday- 5 of them were shots :-(
...is teething already, loves to cover her parents and guests in slobber and couldn't be anymore sweet and precious!!!
I had a meeting at work this afternoon for our new computer charting that we start in the middle of October. It will be a lot of fun (and a lot faster) to use once I get into the hang of it,
and
...tomorrow's the day...the day I start work again.
I WILL be OK! (that's what I keep repeating to myself...trying to convince myself of it :-)
I am so thankful to have God in my life, don't know what I would do without him.
We have cousins coming from Wyoming this weekend and a niece that'll be born tomorrow morning. :-)
Looking forward to fun evenings when I get off work the next couple days.
And here's my favorite part...although I don't know why...
Jeremy's work week has consisted of the guys wanting to knock over a port-o-jon with the van at their job site. HAHA, I would LOVE to see that. That thought has brought me so much laughter and fun this week!
Hope you all are having a lovely week!

Work Work Go Away...
So I have to go back to work a week from this coming Friday.
Full time.
Not looking forward to it.
Having mini emotional melt downs every now and then about leaving my baby.
Would you pray for me?
I know that "This too shall pass" and life will become normal once I get into a routine but right now my heart is heavy and it feels like it's breaking.
Also very overwhelmed about working with lack of sleep...Julia's not sleeping through the night yet.
I am so incredibly Thankful for my mom...that she can watch Julia for us.
Don't know what I'd do without her.
And Jeremy helps so much.
Bless Them!

Black Hills...But they didn't look black
This was engraved in pillars displaying flags from every country down the walkway to the Mount Rushmore Heads. They had all the states engraved (one on each side of the pillars) in alphabetical order.
While Mom, Dad and Marla watch Julia, Jeremy and I took a hike around Mount Rushmore. This was a view through a cave below George.
Here's Lincoln. All those rocks below the heads are part of the mountain that were blasted off during it's making.
I LOVE wax figures, always have. I've been just as obsessed with them as I have pregnant women! We visited the National Presidential Wax Museum while we were in Keystone (Mount Rushmore) This is George Washington.
This is an old Miners building/shaft from the 1800's that we saw from the helicopter.
Julia's First...
Visit with her great-grandparents in North Dakota. Great Grandma Mable seemed to have a hay day with a baby in the house. It was great to see Jeremy's Aunts and Uncles too! Thanks for letting us come visit!...
